I was admitted to the Pirogov Clinic with diagnoses of ischemic heart disease, angina, and very high cardiovascular risk, for planned CABG surgery. My case was complex and carried high surgical risks. Despite this, cardiac surgeon Ruslan Yusufovich Kappushev agreed to perform the operation after thorough evaluation. He also performed coronary angiography and explained all the risks and details. The surgery went well without complications. During my stay, he was very attentive, frequently checked on my recovery, gave advice, and supported me both practically and emotionally. I am very grateful to him for taking on my case.
