My mother met Ilshat Shamilevich Asadullin in Bryansk when he visited the cardiac center. After reviewing her test results, he invited her to the Pirogov Clinic for bypass surgery. My mother completed all the necessary tests and consultations and, as arranged, came to the clinic. The doctor performed additional examinations and scheduled the operation. I was admitted to the N.I. Pirogov Clinic of High Medical Technologies in early June 2026 for mitral valve replacement surgery. During the examination, it turned out that I also required bypass surgery. Dmitry Viktorovich found a way not to replace my valve with an artificial one, but instead to repair and preserve my own valve. And, of course, he also performed the bypass. I am very grateful to this remarkable surgeon. My only regret is that I did not have the opportunity to thank him personally. Dmitry Viktorovich is an outstanding specialist. I consider myself very fortunate to have been treated by him. Not only was my native valve preserved, which is incomparably better than a prosthetic valve, but the additional bypass was also performed. An excellent result!

City of Shakhty

In May 2025, Anton Andreevich visited our city of Shakhty, and I had an appointment with him. A year later, at the end of May, I contacted the clinic and came on July 10 for an RFA procedure. The operation was also performed by Anton Andreevich. Anton Andreevich answered all the questions I had, so I felt calm. During the procedure, using their modern equipment, he also identified another diagnosis — atrial flutter. I will definitely recommend this clinic, and specifically Dr. Anton Sheremet.
