Patients residing outside Saint Petersburg may contact a cardiac surgeon through the Center’s administrator daily from 09:00 to 16:00 using the following phone numbers or email:
Required Documents
For a specialist consultation, the following medical documents are required:
- ECG
(report) - Echocardiography
(cardiac ultrasound) - Coronary Angiography
(if available) - Reports from Other Specialists
(if comorbidities are present)
Additional Requirements
In Cases of Vascular Pathology:
- Duplex scanning of the brachiocephalic arteries, aorta, and lower limb arteries
In Cases of Cardiac Arrhythmia:
- 24-hour Holter ECG monitoring
- All ambulatory ECG monitoring results (scans of all pages)
- ECG documenting the recorded arrhythmia
- Echocardiography report
