I am writing this review on behalf of my father: “In May 2025, at the N.I. Pirogov Clinic of High Medical Technologies, Cardiac Surgery Department, I underwent a complex surgery — left carotid endarterectomy. Based on the results of further examinations, it became necessary to perform coronary artery bypass surgery and aortic valve replacement. However, due to severe calcification of the ascending aorta and a high risk of thromboembolic complications, in July 2025, stenting of the affected coronary arteries was performed instead. My attending physician was cardiologist Yulia Dmitrievna Provorotova. I want to express my deep gratitude for your kind heart, attentiveness, and humanity! Yulia Dmitrievna is truly a God-given doctor! Thank you for your highly qualified care, for ordering examinations and prescribing medications taking into account my comorbidities, and for recommendations on diet correction. I would like to express my deep gratitude to cardiac surgeon Gleb Irlamovich Kim. The surgery was performed on June 26, 2025, on the day of my arrival. Before the operation, Gleb Irlamovich calmly and clearly explained my current condition and what would happen after the coronary artery bypass surgery. The operation went without complications. As my attending physician, Gleb Irlamovich, regardless of the time of day, came to my ward to monitor my recovery process, answering all my questions clearly. I am now at home, in Vologda. Recovery is going well.

From the bottom of our hearts, on behalf of the entire Dzudtsov family, we thank Ilshat Shamilievich Asadullin for the excellently performed heart surgery — CABG (three bypasses) — and the subsequent treatment. Ilshat Shamilievich visited me 5–6 times a day in the ward and closely monitored my condition. He personally participated in daily dressing changes.
