I was admitted to the Pirogov Clinic with diagnoses of ischemic heart disease, angina, and very high cardiovascular risk, for planned CABG surgery. My case was complex and carried high surgical risks. Despite this, cardiac surgeon Ruslan Yusufovich Kappushev agreed to perform the operation after thorough evaluation. He also performed coronary angiography and explained all the risks and details. The surgery went well without complications. During my stay, he was very attentive, frequently checked on my recovery, gave advice, and supported me both practically and emotionally. I am very grateful to him for taking on my case. Despite his busy schedule, he found time for a personal conversation and explained everything clearly regarding my father’s recovery. He determined and explained the necessary course of examinations and provided a detailed plan for further actions. I completed all the required examinations under his supervision, after which the diagnosis was confirmed and surgery was recommended. Ruslan Yusufovich arranged for me to be placed on the surgical waiting list, which I successfully waited through. He personally assisted during the operation, which went perfectly. After the surgery, he visited me personally and accompanied me to procedures and examinations.
